What to Take on the plane:

Vitamins and nutrition support

1- High dose vitamin C (Keep constipation away, a common problem when travelling) start with 2000 mg and for seasoned Vita C users start with 4000 mg per day

2- Magnesium Bisglycinate AT NIGHT (Aids to get you a Deep sleep and muscle relaxant after sitting on a long flight- aids with constipation often found in small one day packs to take on the plane if you need for a long haul flight.

Skin Care Kit:

3)- Vitamin E (I use ampules to avoid the liquids ban for in-flight. Put it in a small vitamin case and apply to your face every couple of hours to arrive fresh, hydrated, and radiantly beautiful skin.

4)-Aromatherapy Kit: I use the “Sage” Pocket Pharmacy Kit: Aromatherapy helps relieve stress and anxiety for fearful flyers, lightly scents the air (without allergy reactions to your fellow travellers),  aids with digestion, aids with germ and virus fighting, scents your pillow in a foreign environment and rented accommodations. I use this kit because it is in a beautiful case and the application is simple no mess with blending and the tubes are neatly lined and well labelled for their function.

5) WATER< WATER,WATER- with Electrolytes Packs. Take a personal water bottle and keep filling it up. They won’t give you a full bottle on the plane but are happy to refill your bottle. Stay hydrated and keep your minerals up to prevent swelling.

Clothing:

6) Compression socks: Kick off your shoes and put on your compression socks! This has helped my ankles from swelling on super long haul flights.

7) A shawl that acts as a blanket, pillow, or added layer of warmth. I use my old cashmere that I bought in Italy as it is soft, light, warm and fashionable. It is the most versatile and most used item in my kit!

In your checked baggage:

Keep these vitamins in your small vitamin case but keep the bottles in your checked bag to avoid having to carry extras and keeping your carry on streamlined.

8- Daily supply of Shelf stable probiotics (keep gut flora healthy).

9- Astaxanthin: Lots of hiking, walking, and stair climbing this super nutrient is a mega Anti inflammatory in joints and ligaments as well as the added support of antioxidants to fight germs and increase your immune system.

10) Activated Black charcoal for aid in helping with food poisoning, unknown microbe, sensitive GI tract.
