Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbs raw cacao powder
  • 1 avocado (optional)
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract

Yields: Makes 4 small servings,

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and puree until smooth.
  2. Top with your choice of cacao nibs, crushed nuts or fresh berries.
  3. If you want to create “ice cream,” use frozen bananas and coconut milk that has been chilled in the refrigerator.
