Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 2 tbs raw cacao powder
- 1 avocado (optional)
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Yields: Makes 4 small servings,
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and puree until smooth.
- Top with your choice of cacao nibs, crushed nuts or fresh berries.
- If you want to create “ice cream,” use frozen bananas and coconut milk that has been chilled in the refrigerator.
