Salad Ingredients
- 3 cups finely chopped kale leaves
- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli
- 2 cups finely chopped red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 2 cup roughly chopped cilantro or parsley
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1 avocado chopped

Carrot Ginger Dressing
- 1 large carrot chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (rice wine vinegar)
- 2 Tbsp Avocado or safflower oil
- 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp white miso (contains gluten)
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
